x-ASR2 is the world’s first 4th generation MOSFET protected against reverse polarity. It saves space, time, and money because an additional regular fuse is no longer needed. As an electronic guard, x-ASR2 improves your AEG’s safety and durability through conformal coating and self-test with 2 LEDs. Although designed for up to M120 springs, in full auto mode, x-ASR2 cooperates even with M150 springs. Moreover, you can use stronger springs for high-torque motors and gears.

Key functions:

SMART FUSE We have developed an electronic fuse with an accurate current sensor. Combining current, voltage, and temperature measurements makes your AEG installation highly reliable. It protects the MOSFET against overheating, overloading, and short-circuiting. The function protects the motor and battery from damage if your airsoft gun becomes jammed. MOSFET transmits the energy from the battery directly to the motor, bypassing the traditional mechanical trigger contacts. As a result, the replica gains a higher rate of fire and a faster trigger response, and the contacts are protected against burnout.

ACTIVE BRAKE in SEMI Mode does not allow compressing a piston after a shot. The piston will stop in the front position, eliminating unnecessary stresses and increasing the service life of the gearbox and its parts. This is important, especially in AEG power upgrades.

ELECTRONIC FUSE – the unit has thermal protection for increased durability. In combination with a time-lag fuse, it fully protects your AEG electrical circuits.

DEBOUNCING - provides full compatibility with micro-switches. It ensures complete resistance to contact bounce, and thanks to it, the replica gains a bigger ROF and a faster trigger response, and the MOSFET is less prone to overheating.

BUILT-IN SELF-TEST This allows you to check whether the device works properly quickly. It helps to locate where the problem lies when anything goes wrong.

COATING Thanks to its special conformal coating, our product is  resistant to atmospheric conditions (Military Specification MIL-V-173C).
